Es gab in Japan eine Zeit, da wurde das Land mehr oder weniger zwischen mehreren Samuraifamilien aufgeteilt, die teilweise mit eiserner Hand über ihre Region herrschten. Diese Zeit neigt sich mittlerweile dem Ende zu, nach die Meji-Regierung die Herrschaft über das Land übernommen hat. Aber trotzdem soll der Rokkutsu-Pass noch von Samurai beherrscht werden, weswegen wir uns als Anhänger dieser Lebensweise dorthin begeben möchten. Bevor wir allerdings dorthin aufbrechen, werden wir von unserer Lehrmeisterin darauf hingewiesen, dass wir eigentlich noch sehr viel zu lernen haben. Aus diesem Grund unterziehen wir uns auch ihrem Training und lernen von ihr noch einmal die Grundlagen eines Lebens als Samurai. Das schließt entsprechend ein, dass wir erst einmal lernen müssen, wie sich eigentlich überhaupt ein Samurai bewegt. Müssen wir damit auf besondere Aktionen achten, die uns als gefühlter Samurai bisher nicht bewusst waren, oder liegt uns das nicht doch einfach im Blut?
