Um uns unsere Unterkunft in Otsuka-cho zu verdienen, haben wir uns dazu entschlossen für die Bevölkerung zu verdienen. Dabei benötigen wir ohnehin das Geld, um uns Zeit von Maikaze zu erwerben, die wir dafür nutzen möchten, um dem Namenlosen Mädchen Lesen und Schreiben beizubringen. Nachdem es uns am Stadtrand begegnet, teilen wir ihr auch direkt mit, dass sie uns zum Amakaze begleiten kann, da wir im Anschluss direkt dort hingehen und Maikaze die 1000 Mon bezahlen. Wie wir feststellen lernt das Mädchen auch ziemlich schnell und erfahren daher auch, dass ihr Name Sayo ist. Nachdem wir dieses Versprechen auch erfüllt haben, kümmert sich jetzt Doktor Genan weiter um das Mädchen um noch mehr Schreiben zu lernen. Wir nutzen hingegen die Zeit an anderer Stelle um dort wieder nach dem kranken Vater zu schauen, wo seine Tochter uns bittet mehrere Dinge zu besorgen. Können wir dem Vater helfen oder hat die Tochter eigentlich keinen Plan, wie sie ihm helfen soll?
