Sporting activities:<br /><br />Yoga: Krug practiced yoga since 2003 to manage stress and sleep problems. He completed yoga teacher training and taught asanas and pranayama until 2020.<br /><br />Climbing: He climbed unroped in the mountains, exploring the most beautiful and secluded spots, as he reports on the website CLIMBING.PLUS. He has uploaded several of his climbing videos to Dailymotion.<br /><br />Hiking and nature: He and his partner, Lucia Nadia Cipriani, share a love of adventures in nature and the mountains.<br />Childhood experiences: Even as a child, growing up in a children's home, he climbed trees in the forest and performed dares, such as jumping over rocks.
