It can be location in 3 different locations and is randomly placed every time you start the mission. <br /><br />When you arrive at the ruins, enemies will already be looking for the film canister. You can go for a stealth approach here but it is not necessary. Take out the two armored guards with a rocket launcher, take care of the rest and destroy the vehicle that is arriving.
