Load up "The Summoning Pits " strike to get into it. <br /><br />Once you're in the room with Phogoth, turn right and jump on the platform. Go to the back right corner and look up. There are two jumps required to make it to the hidden "Rezyl Azzir" ghost fragments that's sitting in a small crack. <br /><br />I requires some practice to get the jumps right, so it is easier if you start this strike with 2 friends. One can distract Phogoth while the other 2 go for the ghost.
