No other striker of his day - not even the very best of `em, Papin`s Milan teammate Marco Van Basten, was as good at shooting from all distances & angles as Jean-Pierre Papin. Unlike Van Basten who was as good a link-up player as any worldclass midfielder, Papin didn`t do much else other than shooting on goal.
