The final event and absolute highlight of the Solheim Cup „One Year to go“-celebrations was a show match at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot. Carin Koch, Juli Inkster, Caroline Hedwall, Paula Creamer, Caroline Masson, Sandra Gal, Moritz Lampert and Martin Kaymer played a full 18 holes in front of 2000 fans at the golf club. While playing they were also raising funds for charity: Every Par gained 250€. every Birdie 1000€ and every Eagle 2000€ for the supported charities. At the end a total sum of 450.000€ was raised at all four days of the event.
